OUR SHIPPING PROMISE
Place your order online before 2pm GMT and we will despatch your item same day**. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the day after.

If you order a wood coating paint to a specific retail colour this may have to be colour matched and to get this accurate we may have to ship the day after ordering.
You will get a despatch confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Mainland UK
Delivery is usually next day to all UK mainland. This only applies to all items marked `In Stock` on our website. If there is any delay you will be informed by email. If an item is not in stock in our main warehouse we will do all we can to get this to you as soon as possible. If the order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday we will process and dispatch the order on the next working day.
Deliveries To Highlands, Islands And Offshore UK
Deliveries are within 2 to 3 working days.

Important information regarding Paint & Solvent Deliveries
All paint and solvent products above 5 Litre in size are packed on to pallets due to the legislation involved in transporting solvents. The delivery costs for a pallet are higher than parcel deliveries and this is shown at the checkout.
Missing / Damaged Items & Proof of Delivery
The Ultrimax goal is to always deliver on time and in full for every order. If however you find an item missing or damaged please contact Ultrimax via our sales channels within 48 hours from delivery. Notifications for Items damaged or missing after this time period will not be accepted.
Ultrimax can also provide you with a POD (Proof of Delivery) for your order if required, please contact us within 14 days from point of order to arrange this. Requests after this time period cannot be accepted and the customer will be liable for the delivery.

Sayerlack AU474 is an easy sand primer with all the features of AU454013 but which can also be used as a 2 component primer to give even better elasticity and fibre blocking on MDF.
Can be overcoated with any water based matt or eggshell paint coating. This makes the product ideal where a high quality finish is required below the topcoat to hide minor scratches and marking.

Another benefit of Sayerlack 2K Water Based Interior Primer is that it can provide a barrier which can stop stains from permeating through to the paint, helping it to retain its colour. Primers are sometimes used to cover up stains in the interior of a property, but with Sayerlack 2K Water Based Interior Primer you can actually prevent these stains before they happen, negating the need for future repairs.
The Premium Water Based Primer
AU474 is a premium primer which can be used as a single-pack or two-pack coating depending on application. It can be sprayed directly on manmade or natural wood substrates. It has especially high pigment content and high solids content, thus ensuring an excellent filling power and an even colour even at 150-200 g/m² application weight. Used as a two pack on MDF ensures the least possible grain raising during drying, and the high-build formulation means that sanding to achieve a flat surface is possible without re-exposing the substrate.

Cure Faster With AH1550
This is a 2-pack water based basecoat which can be applied by spraying directly on MDF or hardboard substrates. It has a high pigment content and a high solids content, thus ensuring an excellent filling power and an even colour, even when applied at 150-200 g/m².
It can be hardened with Sayerlack Water based Hardener AH1550 at 2%. By doing this, the product acquires a higher elasticity and a higher build than 1-pack products. However, the primer can also be used
without hardener, still resulting in good hiding power and good aesthetic appearance.

If you find you do need to return an item, we will accept returns up to 14 days after the day of delivery. The product should be returned to us unused and including the original packaging. We will inspect the item upon its return.
