Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website under the "Order Status" section.

Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday – Friday) Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. Any colour matched paints may take longer, please contact us to confirm delivery.
The website will also state for any product lines which have a longer delivery lead time.

We currently have a depot in Doncaster which ships orders out to Mainland UK and also a depot in Antrim (NI) which ships orders out to our Ireland customers. We do not ship to any other countries.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Click here to visit our returns page to find out how to return your items. Please note: we do not accept returns for any special mixed paint.
