RETURNS POLICY

If you find you do need to return an item, we will happily refund orders up to 14 days after the day of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

UNWANTED GOODS

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in “as new” condition. Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method, after inspection.

Returned goods may be subject to a 20% handling fee, especially for special orders. Mixed paint colours that are correctly supplied cannot be returned or refunded.

FAULTY GOODS (AND TRANSPORT DAMAGES)

If you receive damaged or faulty products from us, or an item which is not what you ordered, we’re sorry. Contact us within 5 days of the day of delivery via email at sales@ultrimaxstore.com or 01302856666, and we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.

Refunds of the original payment for the item returned as well as the cost of postage & packaging for returning the item will be issued within 30 days to the credit/debit card used for of the original order. Please note you are responsible for the goods until they are received at our warehouse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
