The Jotun Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint is a water-based intumescent coating created for structural steel in internal environments. The Steelmaster offers up to 120 minutes of fire protection and is a low-VOC and fast-drying product. Applied by airless spray, the Steelmaster gives a smooth decorative finish suitable for exposed steelwork.

For other environments, the Jotun Steelmaster 600WF Intumescent Paint offers up to 60 minutes of fire protection, which makes it a great option for more general commercial applications. Again, water-based and low in VOCs, it’s easy to apply. Used frequently in office buildings, retail spaces and public infrastructure projects, it gives effective fire protection and quick turnaround times in public areas.

Jotun Steelmaster 60SB Intumescent Paint is a solvent-based option which is ideal for harsher environments. With up to 60 minutes of fire protection, Steelmaster 60SB is suitable for steelwork in semi-exposed or dry interior settings where water-based coatings may not be the optimal option.

How long do orders take to be shipped?

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm will be sent the next working day. Please note, color-matched paints may take longer - contact us for delivery details. The website will indicate any products with extended lead times.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently have a depot in Doncaster which ships orders out to Mainland UK and also a depot in Antrim in Northern Ireland which ships orders out to our Ireland customers. We currently do not ship to any other countries.
