OUR SHIPPING PROMISE
Place your order online before 2pm GMT and we will despatch your item same day**. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the day after.

If you order a wood coating paint to a specific retail colour this may have to be colour matched and to get this accurate we may have to ship the day after ordering.
You will get a despatch confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Mainland UK
Delivery is usually next day to all UK mainland. This only applies to all items marked `In Stock` on our website. If there is any delay you will be informed by email. If an item is not in stock in our main warehouse we will do all we can to get this to you as soon as possible. If the order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday we will process and dispatch the order on the next working day.
Deliveries To Highlands, Islands And Offshore UK
Deliveries are within 2 to 3 working days.

Important information regarding Paint & Solvent Deliveries
All paint and solvent products above 5 Litre in size are packed on to pallets due to the legislation involved in transporting solvents. The delivery costs for a pallet are higher than parcel deliveries and this is shown at the checkout.
Missing / Damaged Items & Proof of Delivery
The Ultrimax goal is to always deliver on time and in full for every order. If however you find an item missing or damaged please contact Ultrimax via our sales channels within 48 hours from delivery. Notifications for Items damaged or missing after this time period will not be accepted.
Ultrimax can also provide you with a POD (Proof of Delivery) for your order if required, please contact us within 14 days from point of order to arrange this. Requests after this time period cannot be accepted and the customer will be liable for the delivery.

This is a single pack alkyd, heat resistant paint coating. Heat resistant up to 250 °C. Can be used as an exterior aluminium finish usually within an alkyd system. Can be used as primer, mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel and aluminium substrates.
Heat resistant paints are designed for the protection of surfaces and substrates that are exposed to high temperatures and rapid changes of temperatures. The heat resistant qualities ensure that the product is protected from the high temperature and doesn't fail as a result of the high temperatures.

Brush: Recommended for small areas. Take care to achieve the recommended paint thickness
Roller: Can be used for small areas although not recommended for first primer coat. Take care to achieve the recommended paint thickness
Storage and health considerations of Jotun Aluminium Paint HR for sale
Here at Ultrimax Store, we recommend that all users store their Jotun Aluminium Paint HR inline with the national regulations. Regulations include keeping the product away from heat and ignition sources, and storing the pots in well ventilated, cool and dry areas. Remember to always keep the lid of the container tightly closed.
Ideally this product should be used by professionals only, or under close supervision. We recommend you always wear the correct safety gear and PPE when mixing, stirring and applying this product.
Other tips to follow include:
- Always use the product under well ventilated conditions
- Do not inhale any mist from the spray
- Avoid skin contact and use soap and water (or a suitable cleanser) if spillage on the skin occurs

Orders which are placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). Some products do have a longer lead time, this will be stated on products when adding to cart. For any questions regarding delivery please contact our customers support team.

If you find you do need to return an item, we will accept returns up to 14 days after the day of delivery. The product should be returned to us unused and including the original packaging. We will inspect the item upon its return.
