Jotun Pilot II is a one component oxidatively drying alkyd coating that has a gloss finish with good gloss retention. To be used as topcoat in atmospheric environments.
Jotun Pilot II is recommended as a topcoat, and for touch-up purposes for marine engines, topside, deck and superstructure areas and for a wide range of industrial structures.
Jotun Pilot II is able to be tinted to RAL and British Standard colours.

Together with primers like Alkyd primer or Pilot QD Primer, Pilot II will form a low to medium corrosion protection system, respectively, as defined by ISO 1294

- Food, Compliant with USA, FDA Title 21, Part 175.300 for dry solids
Drying
Drying and curing times are determined under controlled temperatures and relative humidity below 85%, and within the DFT range of the product.
Walk-on-dry: Minimum time before the coating can tolerate normal foot traffic without permanent marks, imprints or other physical damage.
Dried to over coat, minimum: The shortest time allowed before the next coat can be applied.
Surface (touch) dry: The state of drying when slight pressure with a finger does.

Orders which are placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). Some products do have a longer lead time, this will be stated on products when adding to cart. For any questions regarding delivery please contact our customers support team.

If you find you do need to return an item, we will accept returns up to 14 days after the day of delivery. The product should be returned to us unused and including the original packaging. We will inspect the item upon its return.

Refunds of the original payment for the item returned (excluding postage & packaging) will be issued within 30 days to the credit/debit card used for of the original order.
