OUR SHIPPING PROMISE
Place your order online before 2pm GMT and we will despatch your item same day**. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the day after.
** In Stock items
If you order a wood coating paint to a specific retail colour this may have to be colour matched and to get this accurate we may have to ship the day after ordering.
You will get a despatch confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse.
SHIPPING TYPES
Mainland UK
Delivery is usually next day to all UK mainland. This only applies to all items marked `In Stock` on our website. If there is any delay you will be informed by email. If an item is not in stock in our main warehouse we will do all we can to get this to you as soon as possible. If the order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday we will process and dispatch the order on the next working day.
Deliveries To Highlands, Islands And Offshore UK
Deliveries are within 2 to 3 working days.

Important information regarding Paint & Solvent Deliveries
All paint and solvent products above 5 Litre in size are packed on to pallets due to the legislation involved in transporting solvents. The delivery costs for a pallet are higher than parcel deliveries and this is shown at the checkout.
Missing / Damaged Items & Proof of Delivery
The Ultrimax goal is to always deliver on time and in full for every order. If however you find an item missing or damaged please contact Ultrimax via our sales channels within 48 hours from delivery. Notifications for Items damaged or missing after this time period will not be accepted.
Ultrimax can also provide you with a POD (Proof of Delivery) for your order if required, please contact us within 14 days from point of order to arrange this. Requests after this time period cannot be accepted and the customer will be liable for the delivery.

- Slip over covers - Cover slip fit over existing filters
- Activated carbons - The quality of the activated carbons used by BLS for gas and vapor filtration meets high safety standards and guarantees excellent filtration performance. They are produced without using toxic additives such as Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI) and are certified food grade (REGVE231/2017).
- Tested against formaldehyde
- BLS has carried out specific NIOSH tests in an accredited laboratory to verify the penetration of formaldehyde into its carbons used for ABEK and ABE filters.
- Filter Canister - Made of non deformable ABS allows to have absolute control over the compression of the activated carbon grains within, this way air corridors are completely avoided making the filter 100% safe.

Orders which are placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). Some products do have a longer lead time, this will be stated on products when adding to cart. For any questions regarding delivery please contact our customers support team.

If you find you do need to return an item, we will accept returns up to 14 days after the day of delivery. The product should be returned to us unused and including the original packaging. We will inspect the item upon its return.
